Opis Domaci film 'Kad porastem bicu kengur' iz 2004 godine, prica je o mladim ljudima koji su na pragu prelaska u tridesete godine a da pri tome jos nista nisu uradili sa svojim zivotom. To je prica o neostvarenm likovima, blejacima iz kraja, kojima je odrastanje nekako zakasnilo i koji su ostali zarobljeni u nekim klinackim akcijama i zivotima.

The film consists of three parallel stories that are interwoven and played in Vozdovac. In the first story, Braca tries to seduce Iris, a model from the city center. Although they try not to be 'two worlds' they certainly are. In another story, Dule i Somi, in the football match Eastwich - Manchester, they bet on Ipswich to win because it defends their classmate.

The third story takes place on the roof of the skyscraper where Avaks and Hybrid, proponents of the philosophy of 'most cost effective when I'm sitting in the house - no income, but no expenses', spending the day doing nothing, expecting something to happen. Its humor, typical characters from a hopeless generation, present story which is not happy or funny at all. Although during the movie i laughed all the way, this movie carries a sad, complicated story about purity/depression/fear/hopelessness of a several young people. Several stories of several people who live next door, about their dreams, hopes, and fears and the time they waste. Nothing's good in their hood.
